All rates are per room, per night on a bed and full Scottish breakfast basis and based on 2 people sharing unless otherwise stated.

• Rates are not applicable to Christmas and New Year Festive Period and any special events

• Deposit: One night per room deposit is required on all bookings.

• Cancellation policy: 14 days

• If cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, full room costs are charged.

• If cancelled before 14 days of arrival date a refund will be given of the deposit paid.

• Bookings made on Advanced Purchase rates require full pre-payment at the time of booking and reservations are non-refundable and non-amendable.

• Special Offers: Specified for each rate individually. Please refer to “More Details” on booking page for inclusions and cancellation policy.

• Please note that different terms and condition will apply for booking of 10 rooms nights or more

Children

Children up to the age of 7 years in foldaway beds are complimentary, however any meals taken will be charged pro-rata. Extra bed (8 years and over) are £125 per night

Dogs

Dogs are welcome at Isle of Eriska in any of the bedrooms, however we charge £20 per dog per night.  We simply ask that they are not left unattended and if they are left in the bedrooms, that they are contained in a travel cage and do not bark or disturb other guests - we can arrange special meals if required and always have towels on hand in case they explore too enthusiastically!  We regret that they are not allowed in the public rooms or areas of the hotel.

Please note owing to Scottish Parliament legislation, Isle of Eriska is a non-smoking establishment in all areas. We also kindly request that e-cigarettes are not used in the public areas. Any smoking within your room or damage caused to the room will result in a charge to your card of a minimum of £100. This charge may also be applied to your card should any damage or smoking be discovered after your departure. If the damage or smoke results in the room not being able to be used by the next customer, the full room rate will be charged. If the hotel is closed due to Scottish Government restrictions, the hotel reserves the right to offer an alternative date instead of refunding any monies paid.
