He has cvollaborated with paul who is at teh stoves in teh kitchen so do not hesitate from ask him your most serious questions and try and gain explanations to his combination suggestions. He is always delighted to tell you the story of each wine tasted during the dinner and give you background and history!

This year, the Wine Weekend will focus on "Islands Celebration" in order to showcase Paul Leonard's Cuisine. As we know, the origin and the seasonality of the produce and raw ingrediaents are very important for our Chef, as all the products used in Eriska kitchen are from as close to Eriska as possible.

Hence, why not match Scottish Islands products with Islands wines ?

Close your eyes, and think about how many Islands is there on Earth ? A lot ? Yes ! Corsica, Sardaigna, Sicily, Madeira, Mallorca, Japan, New Zeland, Long Island... : Now think how many Islands in the world where they produce wine, and good wine ! Depending of the climate, terroir, production methods, each Island will provide a special flavour, that will make it a unique event- especiallyw hen we then resturct him to our Eurpopena friends!

For the event, Philippe Larue will provide his own "Islands's Wines Autumnal Selection" respecting the Autumnal products's flavours that we find on Scotlands Islands during this period. Game, scallops, mushrooms, cheese will all be featuring during the dinner thanks to the eclectic wines selected by Philippe Larue.
