That time of year is fast coming round when we get ready to host another wine weekend here at the Isle of Eriska - Saturday 5th March 2016!
This year we are delighted to announce Eriska’s Master Sommelier Edouard will be introducing our annual luxury Wine Dinner, with our head chef Paul Leonard they have produced a Wine Tasting and Gourmet Menu for our guests to experience
Edouard was brought up in the Loire Valley in France and was introduced into the art of wine making and tasting. His passion for wine has taken him across the globe to renowned vineyards, working as a Head Sommelier in luxury hotels Edouard achieved the highest honour in the industry, becoming a Master Sommelier, with this ultimate professional qualification. Edouard Oger MS is a wine expert and qualified taster, offering the highest level of proficiency and knowledge regarding wines.
We're looking forward to exploring examples of a range of biodynamic wines with our menu to show how real, truly organic wines have a lasting ability and enhance our kitchen creations.
