We are so pleased to announce that our Head Chef, Paul Leonard, has retained Eriska's Michelin Star!
Paul and his team here at the Isle of Eriska, have continued to develop our offerings, whilst ensuring that we maintain a high standard for our guests. Using products sourced locally, is an important aspect for Paul and the kitchen team, which has led to a number of supplies growing right here on the Isle of Eriska as well as the development of strong relationships with local suppliers.
