Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take dogs?

Yes we do. Eriska is a wonderful haven for dogs with endless tracks and trails to explore and scents and smells to investigate. Indeed we have a few house dogs who even write their own blog to keep other four legged friends up to date with activities around the island.

Dogs are therefore most welcome in the main house however they are not able to go into our spa suites in the garden or in the hotels public rooms. Dogs can stay in the hotel bedrooms provided if they are left unattended they are contained in a travel cage or more easily popped in our kennels or their owners car for the time. I hope this helps and should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

How do we get to Eriska?

Have a look at our Directions and you will find all the information you need to find your way.

Do you do couples only weddings?

We do cater for couple only weddings and indeed Eriska makes a perfect retreat to tie the knot wether for 2 or 100 guests, however this would be suject to availability. You can enquire about them here. For wedding planners and agents, we can offer commission on a bed and breakfast rate - please contact reception on Tel: +44(0)1631 720 371.

Can you tell us about any of the activities in your area?

There is a great wealth of activities on the island and nearby for all, whether it is with the family, friends or as a couple. Amongst some you can go visit the islands, go on whisky distillery tours, visit museums, and take part in a wide range of outdoor axticvities and challenges.
