We would respectfully remind guests that a reservation constitutes a contract between themselves and the company of Eriska Enterprises.

Advance reservations are only accepted for a minimum of 2 nights.
A credit card number is required to guarantee a reservation.

Curtailment of a stay will incur a facility charge of £50 per person per day.
We would advise guests to take out travel insurance against unforeseen cancellation.
Our geographical position makes it necessary for us to reserve the right to make full charge for any cancellation within 21 days of arrival and for any curtailment to be charged for the remaining nights if the room is unsold.

This tariff supersedes all previous tariffs, and the right is reserved by the partnership to make revision to published prices depending on the rate of financial inflation and V.A.T., presently at  20%.

The proprietors accept no liability for loss or damage to guests property however caused.
Vehicles and the contents thereof are parked by guests on the Isle of Eriska at their own risk in all respects.

Whilst many gentleman choose to wear a jacket and tie in the restaurant in the evening, this is not obligatory and merely a guideline.

Please advise if you plan to arrive after 6.00pm.
Check out time is 11.30am – a charge will be levied for late check outs.
