Eriska's kitchen is very much the heart of the main house. Through out the last 40 years we have maintained a consistent level of  cuisine blending old fashioned recipes and modern techniques to create a wonderful menu which shows the freshest local produce to its best.

The team strive to use the best fresh local produce whether from the island itself, the surrounding lochs and seas or the mountains and estates of the area insuring that the flavour and taste lead the menu. The menu changes daily to showcase what is best and the kitchen team are always flexible to meet any dietary requirements.
